Help with an order
Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of your request. For damage or a product issue, photos or a short video can help. Please do not send full payment card details, passwords, or medical records. For a delayed or missing parcel, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Returns and warranty support
All hardware has a 60-day return and exchange period from delivery, with normal use allowed under the Refund Policy, and a 3-year limited hardware warranty from original delivery. Skincare may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and with its original seals intact. Our Refund Policy explains conditions and remedies for faulty products.
Email your order details and describe whether you need a return, exchange, or warranty service. We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send products to our registered office or the shipping-label address unless instructed.
