This Privacy Policy explains how ENLIGHTEN IMAGINATION TECH LIMITED, trading as Lovetenet ("Lovetenet," "we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information when you visit lovetenet.com, buy our devices or skincare products, manage a subscription, participate in an offer, or contact us. Our store serves customers in the United States and Canada. This policy also explains your choices and how to make a privacy request.

Who is responsible for your information

You can browse without providing order details, but we cannot complete a purchase or arrange delivery without the information needed for those services. Optional fields and marketing choices are separate from information required to fulfill an order.

Who receives information

We disclose information as needed for the purposes above to the following types of recipients:

• Shopify and providers that host, maintain, secure, or support our store and customer accounts.
• Payment and fraud-prevention providers that process transactions and help investigate payment issues.

Our relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes information about your visits and purchases to operate and improve its services. Depending on the Shopify features you use and the services enabled for our store, Shopify may also process information for its own purposes.

If Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store, Shopify uses information from interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization and advertising features. Cookies analytics and advertising

Cookies and similar technologies support functions such as keeping items in your cart, maintaining security, and remembering preferences. Optional analytics or marketing technologies can help us measure visits and campaigns or make advertising more relevant. We use Google Analytics to understand website activity. Where consent is required, we obtain your consent before activating optional technologies. You can review available controls on our Your Privacy Choices page and change cookie choices through the store's Cookie Preferences control. How long we keep information

We retain information for the period needed for its purpose and applicable legal requirements. For order and payment records, this includes tax, accounting, dispute, and fraud-prevention needs. For account and subscription records, it includes operating the service and resolving outstanding obligations. For support messages and returns, it includes resolving the issue and keeping an appropriate service record. For marketing preferences, it includes maintaining your choice, including a limited record needed to avoid contacting you after you unsubscribe. Website and analytics information is retained according to its purpose and the settings of the relevant service. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website or transmission method is completely secure. Use a secure account login and contact us if you believe your account or an order has been accessed without permission.

Our company is based in Hong Kong. To operate our store and provide services, we and our providers may process or store personal information outside your state, province, or country, including in Hong Kong, the United States, and other locations where Shopify or our providers operate. Information processed abroad may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or national security authorities under the laws of that location. We remain accountable for information under our control and use contractual or other appropriate protections for service providers as required by applicable law. Your privacy rights

If you are a US resident, your rights depend on your state and whether its privacy law applies to our business. These may include knowing about or accessing personal information, receiving a portable copy, correcting inaccuracies, requesting deletion, and opting out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Some laws also provide a right to limit particular uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. Rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the applicable law.

If you are in Canada, you may request access to your personal information, information about how it has been used or disclosed, and correction of inaccurate or incomplete records, subject to applicable law. You may also withdraw consent as described above. You can ask us to delete information; we will assess the request under applicable law and explain any lawful need to retain particular records.

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact service@lovetenet.com. We may still send necessary messages about your orders, subscriptions, payments, or safety matters.

Email service@lovetenet.com with the subject Privacy Request and describe what you would like us to do. We may request limited information to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority, where necessary and permitted. You do not need to create an account to submit a request. Browser-based advertising opt-outs should be made through the privacy controls and do not require an identity-verification process.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful refusal or extension. Where you have a right to appeal a decision, email service@lovetenet.com with the subject Privacy Appeal. You may also complain to the privacy or consumer protection authority with jurisdiction over your concern. In Canada, this may be the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at https://www.priv.gc.ca or the relevant provincial privacy commissioner. In the United States, this may be your state attorney general or state privacy regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Children and other websites

Our store is intended for adult shoppers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 or knowingly sell or share their information for targeted advertising. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action. Third-party websites, payment services, and other services linked from our store have their own privacy notices.
